Sometimes all the vegetables have been gathered, but no one has started the soup. In coordination with your company's project leader, SalterEditing will organize, review, and draft copy from delivered data, producing the document that aligns with your project vision.

    RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT

A project for which we provide draft development may also require additional research. Our research analysts efficiently gather, assess, and incorporate data for the project.

In addition to major projects, SalterEditing encourages the use of our editing service for such routine areas as letters and memos. While at first thought you may regard this category of work less than effective in terms of both cost and schedule efficiencies, consider some of the important benefits. First, scheduling immediate work on letters/memos should never present a problem. SalterEditing stands ready to assist in these short-term assignments without advance notice. Although response time normally requires a turnaround of a day, responses to and performance of letter/memo editing work can be as quick as within the hour. Second, since we apply cost based on work per hour, many memos and letters will be less than the minimum one hour of time. SalterEditing will keep track of letter/memo projects throughout the month and charge by the accumulated time. If the total for the month remains below an hour, no charge will accrue, and the total count resets (i.e., no counts or charges accumulate from month to month). For those months in which the letter/memo project time rises to a chargeable time, our lowest cost per hour will apply whether you had needed simple proof editing or copyediting.

The letter/memo editing services, therefore, should remain cost efficient while providing you with the valuable benefit of clear, concise, and professional communication.
